A friend told me about "Legal Personhood", and I quickly realised that these so-called "Persons" were actually immortal creatures, (in the sense of “having been created”), that controlled "Natural Persons" (ie living humans!), sometimes for many generations; and, forcing them to behave in completely inhuman fashions. The only way to join them is to subsume your humanity in their vision, and to give your daily life to their advancement. This, of course, led to the parallels with Vampires, and I just twisted the spelling because I like fire, and it seemed like a subtle reminder of the possible destruction of the ecosphere for the bizarre financial gains of the spiritually-deficient fanatics from “The Cult Of An Unholy Profit”...
lyrics
Em, hammered on and off, with a muffled “chukka chukka!”
Then it’s all C and Em!
Vampyre Corporations
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood,
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood,
(for the) Vampire Corporations, Vampire Corporations.
They don’t see nothing when they look in the mirror,
Just a room full of faces saying: “Yes, sirrah”,
They cast no shadows, ‘cause they live in the darkness;
Worshipped in dark boardrooms by a million blind eyes;
Vampire Corporations, Vampire Corporations.
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood,
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood,
(for those) Vampire Corporations,Vampire Corporations.
They cast their glamour across your confusion,
‘til they get you dreaming their comfort illusion
Immortal, immoral, fiendishly pervasive,
Breed you, bleed you, suck your life through a sieve.
Vampire Corporations, Vampire Corporations.
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood.
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood,
(to those) Vampire Corporations, Vampire Corporations.
There’s a monkey knockin’, at your front door-
He’s hungry, thirsty; lookin’ to score-
Wants to sell you something, “Man, it’s state of the art”
Get a stake in the business or a stake in the heart-
(with those) Vampire Corporations, Vampire Corporations.
Vampire Corporations, Vampire Corporations.
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood.
Money is the blood, the blood, the blood. Money is the blood, the blood.
